My heart goes out to the people of New Orleans and the other areas ravaged by hurricane Katrina. Today I learned about a blog being maintained by someone currently living in a high-rise in downtown New Orleans. They work downtown at a data-center, and have power generators, water, and obviously an internet connection. It’s a sobering eyewitness view of life in the aftermath of Katrina. Wow…I would find it hard to talk about that on a blog. That gives you a real idea about what it is really like. Those news channels are mostly hype. I like reading that seeing how it is really like for them. Sad, but good to know what they are going through.
