Another fascinating hobbby to add to my long list of things I’d love to do (if only I had the time)

A couple years ago, my most popular website was featured on Yahoo’s Daily Picks. Ever since then, I’ve been a subscriber. Most of the time I glance at the picks and then delete the email, but once in while something catches my eye.

Scott Haefner’s Kite Aerial Photography site illustrates beautifully what may become my next hobby. Haefner uses kites and a remote-controlled 5mp digital camera to create fantastic aerial views of the world. And he shares all the tools of his trade; how to build the rigs, where to find the equipment and how to get into KAP.

Now if you’ll excuse me, I must go revise my Christmas wish list.
